Story: An account of people and events

We all think of our time on earth in different ways. I think of this earthly journey as a story. As we move through this world, we are each shaping - and being shaped by - the story of our lives.

A friend once said the following seven words to me, and they forever changed the trajectory of my story and laid the foundation for CABS.

"But don't we deserve a better story?"

My friend, in all her wisdom, saw something that I didn't at the time. My friend realized that we all have control over our own story. While our reality is that there are external factors and circumstances that affect our lives, our truth is that we all have options that allow us to control our own story. Too often, in our lives we settle. We settle for what is easiest, what is available, what is familiar. We settle for stories that don't represent our full potential or reflect our deepest needs and dreams.

I created CABS to help people achieve the better story they deserve. CABS is dedicated to helping others hurt a little less by helping them move closer to living fully in their purpose. CABS helps people move toward wholeness through healing and breaking down barriers. Through opportunities, community, and coaching CABS is helping people create a better story.

We all deserve a story that rises above getting by, doing things that are good enough, and idly hoping for more.
